  • As for the fake gynecologist, it's a very clouded subject. Yes he had consent in a very frail form of the word, but he earned it based on his profession, which in this case was false.

  • One of my criminal justice professors' favorite topics is "What defines rape?". Several things already define serious sexual offenses here in Texas, from unwanted or nonconsensual penetration all the way down to indecent exposure.

  • I don't know that you could count any golfer as an ATHLETE, I don't see any feat of athleticism anywhere in that "sport." I think the greatest athlete has to go to someone who either succeeded in multiple sports or revolutionized their sport.

  • Its definately time for him to stop. The last 5 games of the season are evidence of that, and he obviously realizes that, which is (probably) why he's retiring again.

  • You're right about Cowher. He was considered a great coach after the Steelers won that Super Bowl in '05, but before that he was the most tenured coach in the NFL, and the Steelers were a second-rate, sometimes wild-card playoff team. It takes time.
